art madrid 2023: “NATURLUNAR collection,
feb 22-26, galeria alba cabrera

NaturLunar: has as a new central actor: the Moon, which will accompany us throughout its journey. The Moon as a "celestial" body, rocky, round and characterized by a surface with deep craters and high mountain systems. Composed mostly of oxygen, silicon, calcium, magnesium and aluminum.

The Moon does not shine with its own light, but reflects the light it receives from the Sun therefore can be seen from Earth and can be appreciated in its different phases. The shadow of the Earth and the Sun will be the one that allows us to see more or less surface of it. Twenty-nine days, 12h and 44min is what encompasses the complete lunar cycle.

The Moon, a circumference, a geometric figure that has neither beginning nor end, a primordial symbol that has neither beginning nor end.

Where everything fits. An omnipresent geometric shape both in nature and in ourselves.
